Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a leading international professional services firm in Hong Kong to recruit an FP&A professional. The role covers budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and monthly management reporting for multiple business units.

You will monitor key metrics, provide actionable insights to senior leaders, and drive improvements in reporting processes and financial models using Excel. Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is highly valued in this multinational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent) is advantageous.
• 3-7 years of FP&A, business finance, commercial finance, or management reporting experience.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Experience working within professional services, legal, consulting, or multinational environments will be highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Support the full cycle of FP&A, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, financial performance reports, and variance analyses.
• Monitor key financial and operational metrics and provide actionable business insights.
• Partner with practice groups and business leaders to support commercial and strategic decision-making.
• Conduct profitability analysis, revenue analysis, and cost management reviews.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management.
• Drive continuous improvements in reporting processes, financial models, and analytical tools.
• Participate in ad hoc financial projects and business initiatives as required.
