Job summary

Guotai Junan (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a fluent Russian-speaking FICC Execution Analyst/Associate in Hong Kong. You will draft and review due diligence and regulatory documents, coordinating with issuers and professionals to ensure market-standard execution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Russian Language, full Russian fluency, and a Finance/ Economics/International Trade background, with up to fresh graduates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Russian Language, fluent in Russian (spoken & written).
• Academic or working background in Finance / Economics / International Trade.
• Graduated within 3 years (fresh graduates included).
• Capable of handling multiple tasks in a demanding environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; good command of Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Draft or review lead managers due diligence reports and related documents for NDRC quota applications.
• Work on internal approvals (KYC, AML) and document reviews for regulatory requirements.
• Manage transaction process, including materials prep, third party engagement, calls/meetings, and liaison with issuers and professionals.
• Assist with pitch books, RFPs, and marketing materials; finalize deal structure and legal documentation if any.

FICC Execution Analyst / Associate (Fluent Russian Speaker)

Draft or review lead managers due diligence reports, undertaking letter, and other documents for issuer’s foreign debt quota application to NDRC (if necessary)

Work on internal approvals such as KYC, AML and document review for regulatory requirement

Manage transaction process, including materials preparation, third party engagement, calls/meetings arrangement, and other relevant works to facilitate communication between issuers and professional parties and to ensure offering document are prepared and transaction are executed at market standard.

Assist pitch books, RFP, and marketing materials to support deal origination; finalize deal structure and legal documentation (if any)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Russian Language; fully fluent in Russian (spoken & written)

Academic or working background in Finance / Economics / International Trade

Graduated within 3 years (fresh graduates included)

Capable of handling multiple tasks; willing to take challenging work in a demanding working environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Attention to details; Good command of Mandarin and English

Interest in origination, and willing to transfer to coverage banker in 2 years.
