Qualifications

• Degree holder in any discipline with <2 years of full-time work experience.
• Excellent English and Cantonese communication.
• Strong customer-centric mindset and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 12-month Retail Management Training Program.
• Lead store operations and sales performance on rotations.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and talent development across tracks.
• Engage in Stage 1–Stage 4 leadership development activities and P&L awareness.
