Kiabi Hong Kong is seeking a Technician – Fashion Lab to oversee technical integrity, fit, and supplier quality across garment development and production. You will work with vendors, merchandisers, and third‑party labs to ensure performance, fit, regulatory and chemical compliance before market release.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Technical/Textile fields with 3+ years in garment tech, QA, or development, plus strong pattern, construction, and testing knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a technical textile/garment discipline is required.
• 3+ years of hands-on garment technical development, fit evaluation, or QA experience.
• Strong knowledge of pattern making, garment construction, fabric performance, testing and compliance.

Aufgaben

• Oversee product technical integrity, fit standards, and supplier quality capabilities across development and production.
• Collaborate with vendors and labs to ensure performance, regulatory and safety compliance.
• Lead pre-production meetings and on-site inspections to review high-risk QC points.
• Audit samples, approve PP and final inspections, and coordinate CAPA actions.
• Assess supplier capability, machinery standards, and internal quality systems.
• Coordinate with labs, compliance bodies, and merchandising teams on standards.
• Deliver ongoing technical training to vendors to improve regional production quality.
