Job summary

Celio Sourcing Limited in Hong Kong hires a Garment Technician to develop our collections across outerwear, tailoring, shirts and knit, ensuring quality through pattern making, grading and construction expertise. Based in Kowloon Bay, you will collaborate with design, development and product teams to refine garment specifications and drive fit improvements.

You should have a Higher Diploma or equivalent and 8+ years in garment tech, with strong knowledge of pattern making, grading and knowledge

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or equivalent in Intimate Apparel, Clothing, Textiles, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of technical experience in the garment industry, preferably in an MNC sourcing office.
• Strong knowledge of paper pattern making and grading.
• Expertise in garment construction techniques for various fabrics and styles.
• Familiarity with men’s wear and women’s wear patterns.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PLM systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team, developer, product Manager to develop and refine garment specifications.
• Conduct fittings and provide technical support for accurate fit and construction.
• Maintain detailed tech packs, including measurement charts and construction details.
• Communicate technical specifications to factories and suppliers.
• Work with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve pattern and grading and fit issues.
• Upload reports & samples status into our system and ensure timely updates.
• Prepare the comments, sample measurements report & fitting evaluation
