Job summary

STERRY Limited is seeking a Facebook Ads Specialist to join our media buying team. This remote role works across international markets, focusing on Meta campaigns, performance data, and creative testing.

You will collaborate with video editors and designers, optimize campaigns, write clear briefs, and contribute to CRO efforts. The ideal candidate has hands-on Meta ad experience, strong analytical skills, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus, but attitude and ability to grow matter most.
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on Meta ad campaign experience.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads metrics and campaign performance.
• Analytical thinker who can explain why an ad is working or underperforming.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta campaigns across assigned markets.
• Monitor campaign and creative performance and identify what is working and what isn’t.
• Analyze winning and losing ads to understand why they perform differently.
• Develop and test creative ideas, hooks, angles, messaging, and landing pages.
• Turn findings into clear briefs for video editors and designers.
• Conduct market and competitor research to find new opportunities.
