Job summary

A well-established export trading company in Hong Kong is seeking a diligent accounting professional to manage full-set accounting, prepare vouchers, payments, and financial reports. You will record transactions, file documents, and support ad-hoc projects in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or above in Accounting (LCCI Higher), with 3–5 years of full-set experience, fluent in English and Mandarin, and proficient in Office and accounting software.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Accounting with LCCI Higher qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in full set accounting, preferably in a commercial or trading environment.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, with strong written communication in both English and Chinese.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Self-motivated, analytical, and a strong team player.
• Mature, responsible, and able to perform under pressure.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in export trading is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including voucher preparation, payments, expense reports, and document filing.
• Record and maintain accurate accounting transactions in the system.
• Independently handle the full set of accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of financial and management reports.
• Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
