Job summary

Crimson Education is seeking an Execution Mentor to support high-achieving students (Grades 8–10) in building executive function, time management, and leadership habits. You’ll work as a reliable, student-focused mentor, meeting with students regularly to track progress and sustain momentum under the guidance of the Senior EF Coach.

The role is a flexible, contract/hourly position, ideal for educators passionate about shaping future leaders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• M.Ed. from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated success working with youth/students.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular 1:1 support (up to daily) to help students complete tasks and meet milestones set by the Senior EF Coach
• Act as an accountability partner—checking in on progress, managing workload, and maintaining student motivation
• Help students review schedules, manage deadlines, and follow through on academic and extracurricular commitments
• Offer practical, encouraging guidance to students who need structure and consistent support
• Coordinate closely with the Senior EF Coach to align on student progress, evolving needs, and weekly task plans
• Adapt your support style to match student needs, using provided tools and new approaches as introduced
• Contribute to student habit‑building that promotes long‑term independence, focus, and follow‑through
