Job summary

Hysan Development is seeking a dedicated driver/office support for its Hong Kong office. You will drive management staff to designated locations, maintain the company car, and perform general office and document delivery duties.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am-8:00pm. Form 5 or above with 5 years of experience, HK driving license with clean record, and bilingual English/Chinese skills are required. An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Form 5 or above.
• 5 years relevant working experience.
• Solid experience in serving Senior Executive is preferred.
• Holder of valid HK driving license with clean driving records.
• Punctual, responsible, honest.
• Good in spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Drive management staff to designated location at scheduled timetable and/or remain on call in the office.
• Report any discrepancy in scheduled timetable and tunnel toll usage on a daily basis.
• Maintain the company car and ensure it is clean and tidy.
• Ensure the validity of vehicle registration of the company car.
• Perform general office work and administration duties as assigned.
• Deliver documents (internal and external).
