Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling and document preparation.
• Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and maintain filing systems.
• General office duties: photocopying, printing, data entry and records.
• Act as a professional driver for executives and clients with safe, punctual transport.
• Maintain vehicle logs, schedule maintenance, and manage fuel expenses.
• Support office operations by ordering supplies and coordinating with external providers.
• Greet visitors and represent Saturn Capital professionally.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and high standards.
