ZPEED Recruitment is seeking a Senior Private Wealth professional in Hong Kong to drive growth and build deep UHNW client relationships, delivering bespoke wealth management solutions.

You will manage strategic portfolio solutions, partner with product specialists, and ensure strict compliance and risk management across asset classes within a top-tier private banking environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in private banking or UHNW client relationship management.
• Established track record of originating, developing, and retaining UHNW client relationships, ideally with a strong Hong Kong network.
• Strong ability to engage, influence, and communicate effectively with sophisticated clients, senior stakeholders, and internal partners.
• Deep understanding of investment products, asset classes, portfolio concepts, market dynamics, and wealth-planning considerations.
• Operates with the highest level of professional integrity, ethical standards, and risk awareness.
• Comprehensive understanding of the private banking regulatory and control environment relevant to the Hong Kong market.

Responsibilities

• Articulate and deliver strategic portfolio solutions, providing clients with regular updates on market trends, performance, investment opportunities, and risk management across all asset classes.
• Partner seamlessly with integrated team members and product specialists to deliver a premium standard of client service.
• Partner with clients through Know Your Client (KYC) protocols, suitability profiling, and daily inquiries with precision and care.
• Monitor client portfolios, Assets Under Management (AUM), and revenue generation using internal systems while tracking account performance metrics.
• Collaborate across business lines to ensure strict adherence to compliance, regulatory frameworks, operational protocols, and internal risk management policies.
