Job summary

5 Rivers Hospitality Group Limited seeks an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our busy kitchens across two branches in Hong Kong. You will oversee kitchen operations, drive menu development, and create innovative dishes while maintaining quality and cost control.

We require a Degree or Diploma in a related field and at least five years of hands-on kitchen leadership. Knowledge of ingredients and spices, and strict adherence to health and food safety regulations, are essential.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the role.
