Job summary

The Caravel Group in Hong Kong is scaling AI as a core capability across the group, delivering AI-enabled tools for faster decisions. This AI Solutions Engineer role, in the Office of the Group CEO, focuses on building practical, production-ready software using LLMs, agentic AI and data engineering.

You will extract data, develop dashboards and services, ensure governance with Fleet Management Limited, while delivering tangible value to the CEO and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on software, platform, AI or data engineering.
• Hands-on AI/LLM deployment in real systems with agent frameworks and tool orchestration.
• Strong Python skills for backend services and data handling.
• Practical cloud engineering experience (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Strong CI/CD, testing, version control and MLOps discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design and build autonomous agents and data pipelines from internal and external sources.
• Create executive dashboards and tools for low-latency decision support.
• Develop backend services and data platforms to scale AI workloads.
• Establish runbooks, security practices and deployment pipelines in production.
