Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong is seeking a Senior AI Architect to drive production-grade AI tooling directly within the Group CEO's office. You will design autonomous agents, pipelines, and data platforms to enable rapid executive decision-making.

You will deploy generative models in enterprise environments, work closely with IT and Cybersecurity, and ensure governance and cost-efficient operations while delivering high-impact AI capabilities across global markets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience shipping production-grade applications.
• Hands-on AI/LLM expertise deploying generative models in enterprise systems.
• Experience with agentic frameworks, RAG, vector databases, and API orchestration.
• Advanced backend development building robust APIs and data pipelines.
• Python for backend development, data manipulation and workflow automation.
• Cloud infrastructure with AWS, Azure, or GCP for live production environments.
• CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, automated testing, and MLOps/LLMOps.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement autonomous agents and automated pipelines to extract, structure, and synthesise data from internal networks, databases, and external feeds.
• Build and maintain backend services, data infrastructure and platforms to support AI workloads at scale.
• Create low-latency executive interfaces and reporting tools for C-suite interaction.
• Establish runbooks, incident response and long-term support models with Security and Infra teams.
