Qualifications

• Degree holder in Event Management/ Marketing/ Communications/ Business or related discipline.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in event or advertising agency.
• Able to work under pressure, proactive and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal departments for planning, organizing and execution of various events and activities.
• Assist in on-site execution to ensure that the assigned Ad hoc project is carried out seamlessly.
• Support billing process and all administration work for the team.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Liaise and manage vendors in a professional manner.
• Support on ad hoc projects assigned.
