The ideal candidate holds a finance-related degree and has at least 4 years of HK fund management experience, including 2+ years in ETF

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Math or related field.
• At least 4 years of HK public equity fund management experience, incl. 2+ years ETF portfolio management.
• Experience in ETF creation/redemption, liquidity management, and tracking error analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; Cantonese preferred.
• Based in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Run daily portfolio management: execution, rebalancing, corporate actions, creation/redemption, basket operations, and tracking-error control.
• Conduct ETF analysis: market research, feasibility studies, index methodology assessment, trading volumes.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective product governance.
