Job summary

Ping An of China Asset Management (Hong Kong) Company Limited seeks an experienced ETF Specialist for its Investment Department. Lead ETF product development, strategy design, and portfolio management, including tracking error control and liquidity management.

Provide performance attribution and risk decomposition to support management decisions. The role requires a strong track record in ETF operations, index investing, and quantitative modelling, with fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ETF/index investing, quantitative research or portfolio management.
• Proven track record in ETF product development and portfolio construction.
• Strong understanding of ETF operations: replication, creation/redemption, market making, rebalancing, tracking error, liquidity.
• Hands-on with Bloomberg and portfolio analytics tools.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Lead ETF product development and strategy design, including feasibility study, index structure review, product positioning and launch preparation.
• Manage ETF portfolios: construction, rebalancing, tracking error control, liquidity management and trade-execution oversight.
• Deliver performance attribution and risk decomposition for management insights.
• Analyze market trends for ETFs and forecast market reception, form marketing strategies and internal insights for decisions and client materials.
• Collaborate with sales, product, risk, compliance and fund administration on governance and positioning.
