A global asset management firm in Hong Kong is hiring an ETF Investment Analyst with a focus on leveraged and inverse (L&I) and derivatives-based strategies, with a clear path to portfolio management. You will support daily ETF portfolio management, monitor derivatives usage, and contribute to research on market structure, liquidity, and index methodologies.

Strong quantitative skills and Python are essential.

Formación

2 to 3 years of investment experience with hands-on derivatives exposure (essential).
Derivatives background in options, futures and swaps is preferred.
Strong quantitative skills including machine learning and Python.
Comfort trading on Bloomberg with analytical problem-solving.
Good grasp of ETF ecosystem, portfolio construction, and index methodologies.
Self-motivated and detail-focused with potential to become a portfolio manager.

Responsabilidades

Support daily ETF portfolio management: trade execution, rebalancing, risk monitoring.
Help manage equity, fixed income and derivatives-based ETF strategies including leveraged and inverse products.
Monitor derivatives used in ETF implementation and analyze market structures.
Build and enhance investment analytics and portfolio management tools.
Collaborate with capital markets, product, risk and operations teams on launches and ongoing fund management.
