Job summary

SabeTech Technology Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer with a focus on manual testing. You will lead end-to-end test management, from strategy to defect management and stakeholder communication.

Candidates should have 5+ years in large-scale ERP projects with SAP/Oracle, 3+ years as a Test Manager, and strong English/Mandarin/Cantonese skills. A bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in large-scale ERP implementation with Tier 1 ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Test Manager.
• Strong knowledge of retail processes in groceries, health & beauty or convenience stores is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication & negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop testing strategy, approach and plan in collaboration with implementation partner.
• Manage dependencies of testing plan against overall program plan.
• Oversee development of test scripts and preparation of test data.
• Manage test execution to meet objectives and timelines.
• Develop test reports including daily execution, daily defect, and management reports.
• Identify and manage test-related risks and issues.
