Job summary

Accenture Technology Solutions (HK) Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager (ERP) to lead end-to-end ERP implementations for global clients in Hong Kong.

You will manage scope, budget, and timelines, coordinate onshore/offshore teams, and drive pre-sales support with client presentations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of ERP project delivery, a CS/IT degree, PMP/PSM/CSM preferred, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in system implementation projects, preferably in IT consulting.
• ERP project delivery experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline.
• Proficient in both Waterfall and Agile/iterative methodologies.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills and certifications such as PMP/PSM/CSM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end ERP project management to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams, stakeholders, and vendors for seamless project execution.
• Identify, track, and manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams in ERP projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor progress and performance.
• Proactively identify, assess, and resolve complex project risks and issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders; support pre-sales activities.
