Ace Cloud, a boutique asset management firm in Hong Kong's IFC, seeks an experienced Equity Trader to join a small, dynamic team. You will execute equity trades (HK, Stock Connect, US) and support HK IPO/cornerstone investments throughout their lifecycle.

Requirements: 4–10 years in equity trading, SFC Type 1/9 license (current or eligible), strong knowledge of HK IPO processes, fluent Mandarin and English (Cantonese a plus).

• 4–10 years of equity trading experience (buy-side or sell-side).
• SFC Type 1/9 license (current or eligible).
• Strong knowledge of HK IPO and cornerstone investment processes.
• Fluent Mandarin, good English; Cantonese is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Execute equity trades (HK, Stock Connect, US, etc.) according to PM/CIO instructions.
• Support the full lifecycle of HK IPO/cornerstone investments: subscription, allocation, listing, lock-up monitoring, and post-lock-up exits.
• Liaise with brokers, ECM, custodians, and fund administrators.
• Handle middle/back office operations: trade confirmation, settlement, reconciliation, CCASS/FINI.
• Ensure compliance with SFC regulations, best execution, and record-keeping.
• Monitor positions, cash, FX, margin, and trading limits.
• Maintain relationships with sell-side trading desks and ECM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute equity trades (HK, Stock Connect, US, etc.) according to PM/CIO instructions.
• Support the full lifecycle of HK IPO/cornerstone investments: subscription, allocation, listing, lock-up monitoring, and post-lock-up exits.
