Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience with proven analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a Data Science-related field.
• Ability to independently arrange fact-finding trips and channel-check meetings.
• Entrepreneurial drive with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to complete a robust model (base and sensitivity cases) from start to finish with minimal guidance.
• Ability to discuss the fundamentals/drivers of your industry/country and drivers of relevant markets.
• Ability to synthesize disparate information and articulate a compelling thesis clearly.
• Proficiency in Mandarin with ability to read/analyze Chinese disclosures and engage Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to thematic sector reports; collaborate on cross-sector projects.
• Handle day-to-day client requests and needs efficiently.
• Communicate your team's ideas persuasively to internal and external parties, tailoring communications to client needs.
• Organize fact-finding trips and channel-check meetings on clients' bespoke requests or investor tours.
• Suggest new approaches or ideas to enhance your franchise as a business.
• Understand and adhere to the firm's risk management policies and applicable regulatory rules.
