Job summary

IO TECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED seeks an Engineering Manager to lead technology delivery for a new portfolio. You will recruit and onboard the founding engineering team, set engineering culture and standards, and build an integration framework to plug in top-tier infrastructure partners rapidly.

The role remains hands-on: you will set the architecture, guide build vs. buy, and stay close to code from zero to one and beyond, partnering with Product, Design, Compliance, Legal, and Bank teams across

Qualifications

• 10+ years in engineering with 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in financial services or crypto, regulated products.
• Proven full-stack capability across frontend and backend; Java or Python.
• Experience leading multi-vendor collaborations with API-first approach.
• Experience building remote/hybrid teams across time zones.
• Comfort operating in regulated fintechs across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engineering delivery for wallet and payments ecosystems.
• Recruit founding team and scale a remote/hybrid engineering org.
• Set engineering culture, standards, and onboarding.
• Define integration framework for partner ecosystems.
• Make build-vs-buy decisions with architecture and product teams.
• Establish AI-native practices with modern tooling and CD.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and regulatory bodies.
