Job summary

Hong Kong Regen Medtech Limited is seeking an Assistant to the Production Manager to plan and organize the production department to achieve the company’s business objectives. You will ensure compliance with PIC/S GMP requirements and supervise equipment, cleanroom and warehouse operations.

You will work closely with QA, QC and R&D to improve productivity and quality, participate in stem cell product manufacturing and packaging, and support process design, process validation and cleaning

Qualifications

• Good organization, communication, management and training skills.
• Experience in PIC/S GMP environment is required or highly preferred.

Job description

• Assist the Production Manager to plan and organize the production department to achieve company’s business objectives
• Ensure compliance to the regulatory requirements of all products manufactured
• Monitor the equipment, cleanroom and warehouse according to the approved PIC/S GMP procedures
• Involve in design of various manufacturing process flows and monitoring of Process Validation & Cleaning Validation processes;
• Work closely with QA, QC and R&D departments to achieve company’s goals on productivity and quality
• Stem cell product manufacturing and packaging
• Other duties as assigned by Production Manager and/or management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above biotechnology, biochemistry, chemistry and medical laboratory science or science degree with relevant to cell therapy, gene therapy, regenerative medicines or tissue engineering, or other similar sciences disciplines;
• At least 4 years’ significant experience of production/manufacturing role in a PIC/S GMP compliant organisation
• Good organization, communication, management and training skills.
• Independent, enthusiastic and a good team player
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.
