Job summary

Shun Tak Property Management Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a qualified professional to manage maintenance programs across its portfolio, negotiating with contractors and supervising technical staff to ensure quality workmanship.

The role requires a Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines, 3–5 years of building repair and maintenance experience, and strong leadership with fluency in English and Chinese; you must be capable of working under pressure.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines.
• 3-5 years working experience in building repair & maintenance.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Strong leadership, presentation and problem-solving skills.
