Job summary

Lightben Asia Limited is seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer to provide technical support for air conditioning equipment and resolve customer issues. The role covers sales activities, tender preparation, site coordination, testing and commissioning, and after-sales services.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to drive project implementation and status updates. The candidate should hold a degree in Mechanical / Building Services / Electrical Engineering, be proficient

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical / Building Services / Electrical Engineer required.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin preferable).
• Familiar with MS Office and AutoCAD software.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve customer service issues for air conditioning equipment.
• Involved in sales activity, tender preparation, site coordination, testing and commissioning, and after-sales services.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for project implementation and status reporting.
• Communicate with factory, manage documentation and engineering work.
