Job summary

Torishima Hong Kong is recruiting an Engineer to join our team for design, installation, testing and commissioning of advanced pump sets and M&E systems. You will lead project coordination, liaise with clients and contractors, and support documentation for E&M projects in Hong Kong.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering background, 2+ years of experience, English and Chinese proficiency, and familiarity with AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• English & Chinese proficiency.
• Familiar with AutoCAD and driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead or coordinate with project team to meet technical, budget and schedule requirements.

• Assist in preparation of technical submissions, scheduling, method statements, reports and risk assessments.

We specialize in the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning (T&C) of advanced pump sets and associated Electrical & Mechanical (M&E) systems. To support our expanding project pipeline in Hong Kong, we are seeking a high-calibre and experienced Engineer to join our professional team. Responsibilities

• Leading or coordinating with project team for completing the work, meeting technical specifications, budget and schedule.
• Communicate, coordinate and resolve conflicts with multiple parties including end-user, consultant, contractors, suppliers and customers in the completion of E&M projects and ensuring equipment is functioning to design requirements.
• Capable of working with parties in various levels.
• Support for preparation of technical and project documentations (e.g. technical submission, program & scheduling, method statement, reports, risk assessment etc.)

Requirements and Qualifications

• Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience for the position of Engineer.
• Government EM infrastructure engineering project experience is preferred.
• Solid experience in project planning and coordinating, site installation, testing and commissioning.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese.
• Familiar in AutoCAD and holder of driving license is preferred.
• Candidate with less experience or Fresh graduates will be considered as Assistant Engineer.
• Higher Diploma holder will also be considered.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
