ARCH Education Group Limited, a Hong Kong-based educational institute, seeks an Early Years Instructor (Cantonese) to deliver engaging Cantonese language and literacy lessons to preschool children. The role involves creating a nurturing classroom, preparing materials, and tracking progress for parental feedback.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field, with 1–2 years of experience in early childhood teaching, and strong Cantonese and English

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Language Studies, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience teaching early childhood learners.
• Excellent spoken Cantonese and strong English communication skills.
• Experience in Chinese literacy development or early language acquisition.
• Experience delivering kindergarten enrichment programmes or extracurricular activities (ECA programmes).
• Familiarity with international, bilingual, or multicultural educational environments is an advantage.
• Passionate about teaching and inspiring early childhood learners.
• Caring, patient, attentive, and energetic personality.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Creative and engaging teaching approach.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with children and parents.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude

Responsabilités

• Teach Cantonese language and literacy classes for preschool children.
• Create a positive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities.
• Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback to parents.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
• Support student learning and development through age-appropriate teaching strategies.
• Participate in curriculum development and programme improvement initiatives as required.
