Job summary

Inspire in Hong Kong is seeking a Junior Product Manager to work with Senior Product Managers, Solution Architects and agile delivery teams to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of our digital platforms and enterprise IT applications.

You will translate customer needs, agent feedback, and business goals into clear user stories, maintain the product backlog, and collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, and QA throughout sprints to deliver value with compliance and strong security baselines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business & Technology or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Associate Product Manager, IT Business Analyst or Junior Product Owner in fintech/digital tech.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
• Familiarity with web/mobile tech stacks, APIs and microservices.
• Basic UI/UX knowledge and wireframing tools (Figma, Miro).
• Excellent written/spoken English and Cantonese; strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine IT application requirements and customer journeys.
• Translate needs into user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and prioritize product backlog in Agile Scrum/Kanban.
• Partner with UX/UI designers, engineers, and QA during sprints and retrospectives.
• Define MVPs and release scopes to balance delivery with stability/compliance.
• Coordinate UAT, review defects, and drive remediation before production.
• Track product performance with analytics to improve adoption and usability.
• Support user research, A/B tests, and feedback synthesis for journeys.
