Equal Rich Enterprise Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager (ELV, IoT & Visual Solution focus) to lead and support engineering projects from design through commissioning. The role requires strong coordination, cost estimation, procurement, and document submission to clients.

Applicants should hold a Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering or Building Services, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Formación

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Building Services or related disciplines.
• 5 years of relevant experience; less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
• Proficient in AutoCAD; candidates with hands-on factory experience will also be considered.
• Managerial experience is preferably
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning and executing projects including design, cost estimation, procurement, testing, and commissioning.
• Prepare and submit technical documents (e.g., drawings, test reports) for client approval.
• Coordinate subcontractors and internal teammates for installation works & project execution.
• Lead Engineer for T&C and project quality control.
• Coordinate with internal departments and clients throughout design, production, delivery, installation, and service stages.
• Apply engineering knowledge in ELV focusing on IoT & Visual solutions.
