Standard Chartered is seeking a Platinum Client Service Partner for Private Banking & Affluent in Hong Kong. You will deliver a differentiated client experience to a select affluent and UHNW segment, coordinating across Frontline, Risk, Operations and Legal to drive bespoke solutions and timely issue resolution.

You will establish engagement rhythms with Market Heads, map the full client journey, and define service levels across Credit, Asset Transfers, Fulfilment and Digital adoption.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in Private Banking and/or Wealth Management, with experience in Front Office, Client Service, Credit Operations or related functions.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and in driving cross-functional initiatives and transformation.
• Strong risk and governance mindset with ability to balance client outcomes, business objectives, operations and governance frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Assess new UHNW client requests across the entire journey, including product offerings, credit processes and ongoing servicing.
• Establish regular engagement with Frontline to anticipate Platinum client service needs and plan resources.
• Identify teams across Business, Operations, Risk, Technology and Digital to support each client request.
• Coordinate with teams to fulfill requests, focusing on superior client experience and transparency.
• Define service catalogue and levels across processes (Credit Risk, Operations, Product Fulfilment, Asset Transfers, Ongoing Servicing).
• Define, measure and publish service-level scorecards for Senior Management and Private Banking COOs; escalate material issues.
