Job summary

iConnexion is seeking a proactive Field Application Engineer (FAE) to join our Hong Kong team. You will be the technical bridge between customers, suppliers, and internal sales to drive design-in opportunities from concept to mass production.

This is a customer-facing, solution-driven engineering role focused on electronics design and applications across consumer, automotive, and industrial markets. You will deliver presentations, demonstrations, and training while collaborating with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Minimum 2 years in FAE or design engineering (connectors/modules/PCBA).
Strong electronics design knowledge beyond troubleshooting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to travel locally and regionally.

Responsibilities

Provide design-in support and technical solutions for PCBA-level components and modules.
Collaborate with sales to identify customer requirements and propose electronics solutions.
Draf t and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and trainings.
Work with suppliers to understand product portfolios and transfer knowledge to customers.
Support customers through the entire product development lifecycle.
Stay updated on technologies and industry trends to advise clients.
Provide technical feedback to internal teams for product improvements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
