Job summary

RDA Technologies Limited is seeking a sophisticated ML engineer to develop deep learning-based physical layer algorithms that improve performance in non-ideal channels. You will design lightweight models optimized for mobile NPU/DSP inference and lead a Data-Generation–Model-Training–Field-Verification workflow to ensure robustness in complex environments.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s or higher in CS/AI/Telecom, be proficient in PyTorch and TensorFlow, and have OFDM/MIMO knowledge

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in CS/AI/Telecom with deep insights into the convergence of both fields.
• Expert in PyTorch/TensorFlow with a solid grasp of OFDM/MIMO principles. Publications in top AI/Comms conferences are preferred.
• Desire to deploy Transformers and Reinforcement Learning in communication scenarios.
• Proven track record deploying large models on edge devices; familiarity with ONNX, TensorRT, and inference engines.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep learning-based physical layer algorithms to overcome performance bottlenecks in non-ideal channels.
• Design lightweight neural network architectures optimized for real-time inference on mobile NPUs/DSPs.
• Establish a full-cycle workflow from Data Generation to Model Training to Field Verification to ensure robustness.
