Asia Progress Executive Limited is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager for the EAM (Family Office) segment in Hong Kong. The role focuses on supporting EAMs, ensuring timely trades and banking transactions, onboarding, and delivering tailored investment solutions.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in finance or related field, with about four years in private banking or wealth management and strong investment product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• 4 years of experience in private banking, wealth management.
• Strong knowledge of investment products.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support contact for EAMs, handling daily requests and ensuring timely execution of trades, payments, and other banking transactions.
• Coordinate account opening and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and KYC requirements.
• Liaise with product specialists to deliver tailored investment solutions and respond to EAM inquiries.
• Prepare and maintain client documentation, portfolio reports, and performance reviews for EAM partners.
• Monitor client accounts for risk, margin, and regulatory adherence, escalating issues when necessary.
• Facilitate communication between EAMs and internal stakeholders (operations, compliance, investment desks).
• Support Relationship Managers in business development by tracking pipeline opportunities and assisting with client pitches.
• Ensure smooth settlement of trades and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and contribute to process improvements within the EAM division.
