Job summary

Sgpomades Trading Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Full time Picker And Packer in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore. You will handle day-to-day e‑commerce operations within the WMS, process outbound documents, and ensure accurate inventory across marketplaces.

The role requires 1–2 years in ecommerce, good communication, and the ability to work independently. 5.5 days work week and on-site at Ang Mo Kio, with opportunities to learn Excel and SCM basics.

Qualifications

• Diploma Holder/Poly Graduates/Undergraduates.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience with E‑Commerce related companies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Willing to learn E‑commerce marketplace operations and multichannel tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operational aspects of e-commerce platforms and WMS system including inventory & logistics management, order fulfilment and customer service.
• Process daily e-commerce outbound documentations from Shopee/Lazada/Shopify; such as pick and pack list, courier waybills.
• Reconcile inventory as needed across various online marketplaces through eWMS system
• Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
• Respond to customer enquiries (email and/or phone calls) in a timely manner, including order tracking, lost deliveries, shipping enquiries etc
• Stock replenishment planning to restocking Vending Machines and Retail Store with simplified formula
