Job summary

Yamato Logistics (HK) Ltd. is seeking a proactive logistics coordinator to support sales and work closely with the operations team. The role involves coordinating with internal departments, overseas clients, agents and local operations, handling daily inquiries, and preparing quotations.

You will primarily arrange small parcel shipments for ecommerce clients. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer service or logistics operations, strong English (and Japanese JLPT N2+ as applicable), and

Qualifications

• High school graduate or above.
• 3 years or more customer service or logistics operation experience, preferably from a logistics service provider.
• Good command of written and spoken English (Japanese speakers: JLPT N2+).
• Good communication with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing; strong PC skills.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support our sales team and coordinate with operations.
• Coordinate and maintain communication with internal departments, overseas clients & offices, agents and local operations.
• Handle daily inquiries, calls, documentation and quotations.
• Mainly arrange small parcel shipments for e-commerce business.
• Perform any ad hoc duties as required.
