Responsibilities

Lead an operations and warehouse team to ensure seamless daily operations and boost productivity in airfreight export and import.
Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, agents and suppliers for best prices and cargo space.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to offer competitive prices and solutions.
Implement quality control and support for initiatives and key accounts; review and update SOPs based on KPIs.
Analyze market trends, customer demand, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and report to senior management.

Responsibilities

Lead an operations and warehouse team to ensure seamless daily operations as well as to enhance productivity and efficiency in airfreight export and import.
Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, agents and suppliers to secure best prices, contracts and sufficient cargo space to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Work closely with all internal stakeholders and customers to offer the best prices and solutions to meet the company’s target.
Implement quality control and provide operational support for all business initiatives and strategic projects and key accounts.
Review, update and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on KPIs, performance metrics, feedback, and evolving business needs to streamline operations and boost efficiency.
Analyses market trends, customer demand, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and report to senior management regularly.

Requirements

Tertiary education in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Logistics Management related field.
Minimum of 5 years of solid air transportation operations management experience, previous experience in airline is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in operations software and Microsoft Office applications.
Good command of written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
