Job summary

The Charterhouse Causeway Bay is seeking a capable Front Office Supervisor to lead front desk operations and act as shift leader.

You will deliver high-quality guest services, respond to inquiries and complaints, and build positive relationships with guests and colleagues. Applicants should have a Diploma or higher in Hotel Management, at least 3 years of supervisory experience, and strong English and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Hotel Management (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in a similar capacity.
• Good communications and leadership skills; fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Assist the F.O. Manager in overseeing front office operations and act as shift leader of front desk and duty manager.
• Provide and ensure efficient and quality front line guest services at all times.
• Respond to and resolve guests' inquiries and complaints.
• Handle all emergency situations in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain a strong and positive relationship with guests and colleagues.

Duties

Requirements
