Job summary

Airport Authority Hong Kong (AA) invites a skilled driver to provide safe, professional chauffeuring for senior executives, staff and guests. You will ensure passenger comfort, keep vehicles clean, monitor fuel and perform routine inspections to maintain optimal performance.

You will also maintain trip records, handle basic administrative tasks and report any issues promptly. Proficiency in Cantonese and good English is required; HK driving license and clean record are essential.

Qualifications

• Form 5 or above educational level.
• Holder of a valid Hong Kong Driving License (Classes 1, 2 and 4) is preferred.
• Able to speak fluent Cantonese and fair English; Putonghua an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and professional driving services for senior executives, employees and guests.
• Maintain vehicles in a clean and well-presented condition.
• Monitor vehicle fuel/battery levels and perform routine inspections.
• Arrange vehicle maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly.

This is a temporary employment for 6 months, with a possibility of being offered a contract position, subject to organizational needs and individual performance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and professional driving services for senior executives, employees and guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the journey
• Maintain vehicles in a clean and well-presented condition
• Monitor and maintain the vehicles' fuel/ battery levels, engine oil and other fluid levels, and conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal operating performance
• Arrange vehicle maintenance as needed, and promptly report and follow up on any mechanical issues, damage or accidents
• Maintain daily record of driving activities and related expenses, including parking fees for reimbursement purposes
• Perform administrative support duties, including mailing services, bank deposits, data entry and other office support duties as assigned

• 保持車輛整潔及良好外觀狀態
• 定期檢查及保持車輛的燃油量或電量、機油及其他液體在適當水平，並進行例行檢查，以確保車輛維持最佳運作狀態
• 按需要安排車輛維修及保養，並及時匯報和跟進任何機械故障、損毀或交通事故
• 妥善保存每日行車及相關開支紀錄，包括泊車費等，以便申請報銷
• 履行行政支援工作，包括郵遞服務、銀行入票、資料輸入及其他獲委派的辦公室支援職務

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• 3 years of relevant experience; experience in sizable organizations is preferred
• Holder of a valid Hong Kong Driving License (Classes 1, 2 and 4)
• Possession of a full driving license issued by Chinese Mainland is preferred
• Able to speak fluent Cantonese and fair English; knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
• Good driving record
• Non-smoker, honest, hardworking, punctual, courteous and responsible
• Willing to work overtime

• 中五或以上程度
• 具有三年有關工作經驗，具備在大型機構工作經驗更佳
• 持有效香港駕駛執照（類別1、2及4）
• 持中國內地簽發的正式駕駛執照更佳
• 能操流利廣東話，具基本英語溝通能力，懂普通話者更佳
• 駕駛紀錄良好
• 不吸煙、為人誠實、勤奮、守時、有禮及負責任
• 願意加班工作
