Yew Chung College of Early Childhood Education in Hong Kong seeks a Director (Research and Knowledge Transfer) to shape the college's research strategy and knowledge transfer activities. The post also carries a concurrent Associate Professor appointment with teaching and research duties.
Reporting to the President, the director will work with academic units and external partners to strengthen research capacity, secure funding, and expand scholarly output.
The Director (Research and Knowledge Transfer) leads and oversees the strategic development, management, and implementation of the College’s research and knowledge transfer activities. Collaborating closely with the Vice President (Academic), academic units, and related committees, the post-holder will drive initiatives that strengthen the College’s research capacity, enhance scholarly output, and expand collaboration with external partners and funding agencies. The Director (Research and Knowledge Transfer) is expected to hold a concurrent appointment as an Associate Professor and have teaching and research responsibilities commensurate with that position.
This position reports to the President of the College and works in alignment with the College’s research development framework and strategic plan.
