Job summary

Coins.ph seeks a senior leader to establish and own our Payment Security and Transaction Integrity function, protecting the integrity of payment flows across QRPH, Wallet, Merchant Payments, Crypto-Fiat rails and future products.

You will define secure architectures, run adversarial testing, lead incident response, and partner with Fraud, Risk, Operations, Compliance, and Engineering to reduce losses across all payment products.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in payments, fintech, acquiring, banking, or transaction risk.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own Payment Security Architecture; review payment flow designs and model threats.
• Lead Transaction Integrity efforts to prevent tampering, manipulation, and fraud across all payment products.
• Oversee Adversarial Testing; establish a Payment Red Team and validate abuse scenarios.
• Manage Incident Response; lead investigations and drive remediation with governance.
• Foster Fraud & Risk partnerships; design monitoring for transaction anomalies and loss reduction.
• Chair Payment Security Review Board; define standards and launch approvals.
