The Grand Bay View Hotel and resort 華麗海灣酒店 in Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong invites an experienced professional to apply for the position of Director of Sales & Marketing (5 Day-Work Week).

You will develop sales strategies, lead the sales team, and forge partnerships with travel agencies, corporate clients and MICE organizers to drive revenue and market exposure. Strong leadership and revenue management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the hotel industry.
• Strong sales background, familiar with Long Staying, OTA, Travel Agents, FIT, and Leisure/Corporate Groups.
• Experience in Revenue yield management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies and business partners
• Identify potential new market segments and MICE contracts
• Execute effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize sales margins and exposure
• Analyze booking trends and monitor revenue reports to plan competitive sales strategies
