Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• 10-15 years of IT planning, IT finance, governance, or related management experience.
• Banking or regulated financial services environment preferred.
• Strategic mindset translating priorities into practical governance actions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for budgeting and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior partners.
• Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and KPI oversight.
• Vendor governance, contract/service oversight, and cost management experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual IT planning and budgeting process and related coordination.
• Develop and maintain IT roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Oversee budget-versus-actual tracking and management reporting for IT.
• Support investment prioritization and planning across IT teams.
• Establish KPI and status reporting for IT management.
• Oversee vendor governance activities and service quality monitoring.
• Drive consistency in planning standards and governance processes.
