• 10+ years of project management in CRO/pharma/biotech.
• 7+ years leading global clinical projects/programs.
• Strong oncology clinical trial experience required.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex global oncology studies and programs.
• Serve as primary contact for sponsors and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive cross-functional global teams to study milestones and mitigate risks.
• Lead multinational and multi-regional trials across regions including China, US and Europe.
• Influence and drive results within a global matrix organization without direct reporting.
• Support business development activities, including RFPs and client presentations.
• Partner with sponsors to deliver tailored project solutions and drive retention.
