• 10+ years of project management in CRO/pharma/biotech.
• 7+ years leading global clinical projects/programs.
• Strong oncology clinical trial experience required.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex global oncology studies and programs.
• Serve as primary contact for sponsors and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive cross-functional global teams to study milestones and mitigate risks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience withinCRO,pharmaceutical,orbiotechnologyorganizations,including 7+ years independently leading global clinical projects/programs.




• Strong oncology clinical trial experience is required.




• Proventrackrecordservingasa Project Lead (PL) forcomplexglobalandmulti-regionalclinicalstudies(MRCTs).




• Fluentin English and Mandarin.
