Job summary

ConnectedGroup Limited seeks a Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Development to lead the group’s global IR framework and act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board. You will drive the equity narrative and oversee disclosures, investor materials, and market engagements.

The role requires 15+ years in capital markets with HKEX-listed experience, fluent English, Mandarin/Cantonese, and readiness for frequent regional and international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent credentials.
• 15+ years of progressive capital markets experience with investor-facing leadership.
• Deep knowledge of global equity markets, valuation models, and financial structuring.
• Fluent English with native or professional proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
• Willingness and availability for frequent regional and international travel.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute multi-year IR strategy and evolving equity narrative.
• Advise the CEO, CFO, and VP of IR & Corporate Communications on capital markets positioning and disclosures.
• Lead, mentor, and build high-performing IR professionals and deliver annual disclosures and investor materials.
• Design and lead global roadshows, site visits, and Capital Markets Days to broaden the shareholder base.
• Engage with ESG rating bodies and sustainability-focused funds to enhance governance ratings.
