Job summary

Global Executive Consultants Limited, HK-based, is assisting an established PE and multi-strategy asset manager in Hong Kong to recruit an Executive Director/Vice President, Investor Relations. The role focuses on designing fundraising strategies, managing institutional communications, and delivering world-class investor engagement.

You will lead investor roadshows, investor events and collaboration with investment teams to produce clear, investor-friendly materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of private equity fundraising and institutional investor relations experience.
• Direct LP network and cross-border fundraising experience preferred.
• Bilingual communication in English and Chinese.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Outgoing, client-oriented and interpersonal savvy.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute fundraising strategies for PE and M&A funds to hit capital raising goals.
• Act as primary contact for institutional LPs, managing communications, due diligence, and ad-hoc information requests.
• Develop and sustain high-trust partnerships with global institutional investors, delivering tailored communication.
• Lead investor roadshows, AGM and investor engagement events with high-quality presentations.
• Collaborate with investment and fund management teams to translate strategies into investor-friendly communications.
• Oversee development of investor reports, fundraising decks and external IR materials.
• Support firm-wide strategic IR initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
