Job summary

ShopBack is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Business Development professional to lead growth with top merchants across APAC. You will own complex, high-value partnerships, drive revenue growth, and nurture strategic relationships while collaborating with Product and Integration teams to tailor offerings for enterprise needs.

You will engage senior stakeholders, shape strategic initiatives, and scale merchant success in a fast-growing payments ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management, ideally within tech, payments, or platform businesses.
• Strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker who can balance growth opportunities with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise growth strategy and close high-value partnerships.
• Own complex deals and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Drive portfolio performance and revenue growth across enterprise accounts.
