Job summary

Sun Life Financial is seeking a Sales Orchestration Journey Owner (Director, Digital Distribution) to lead the Advisor Workbench and AI Orchestrator across Asia from the Hong Kong office. The role drives strategy, health measures, and adoption to improve client outcomes and distribution performance.

You will manage cross-functional squads, translate business needs into requirements, and deliver on roadmaps with regional and market partners, ensuring impactful benefits realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a two year plan for Advisor Workbench and Artificial Intelligence Orchestrator.
• Keep journey design, capability roadmaps, measures and delivery priorities current.
• Maintain a clear set of journey health measures for Advisor Workbench and AI Orchestrator.
• Review adoption, usage, workflow, operational, technology, data quality and risk information to understand journey health.
• Manage the agreed product roadmaps and prioritised work for Advisor Workbench and AI Orchestrator.
• Turn journey needs into clear business requirements and work with delivery teams through design, testing, release readiness, market implementation and adoption.
• Work with regional and market teams to deliver the agreed journey plan.
