We are seeking a high calibre Director, Digital Assets & New Initiative to drive the development and commercialization of our digital asset products and capabilities within the Wealth & Retail Banking business segment, with a primary focus on stablecoin distribution and related initiatives.
This role will be responsible for building and scaling a secure, compliant, and commercially viable stablecoin distribution business, while positioning the Bank as a trusted bridge between traditional finance and the evolving digital asset ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in digital assets, a strong track record of execution, and the ability to navigate regulatory, risk, and operational complexity in a highly regulated banking environment.
